Apartments are available in buildings which are smoke-free, pet-friendly, and smoke-free & pet-free.
Small dogs and cats (over 1-year old, not more than 15” at top of head for the dog) are welcome at Stoney Creek Highlands. We have a pet park in which your small dog can roam freely, off the leash, while you relax in the neighboring gazebo area.
The 2-level clubhouse is centrally located within the community, with office staff available to you 7 days/week, on-site maintenance team of 5 people, large fitness center, coin-op laundry room, infrared sauna, hot tub, and a resident social room (Highlands Hall) which is available for to enjoy the wireless internet, watch television or check out the Wii to bowl a few games, or for family gatherings too large to hold in the home.
Outside the clubhouse, enjoy a heated outdoor pool (open approximately 6 months a year, weather dependent), with a see-through glass fireplace and gas grill for resident use.
